All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery times vary by destination but usually orders arrive withing 2 weeks of payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to most destinations. This means all applicable import taxes and duties are already covered - you won’t be charged extra upon delivery.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking information once they have been dispatched. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.

Delays:
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high seasonal demand, customs clearance procedures, or carrier service disruptions.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
